To help ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils in a clean and sanitized condition. In addition, this job requires that the employee keep the dishwashing machine station, three compartment sink, and related areas clean.

Prepares and portion food items in accordance with production requirements. Uses daily worksheets and standardized recipes to cook meals. Perform various duties in accordance with Aramark sanitation standards.

Sets up and breaks down work stations. Cooks and prepares food according to production guidelines and recipes. Must know methods of food preparation, cooking times, & portion sizes to ensure food is prepared in prescribed manner. Min. 1½ years experience in the food service industry as a cook.



Will be working extending schedules of time offshore (example - 28 days offshore with 14 days off or 21 days offshore with 21 days off with the possibility of working up to 4 months at one time)

Work Experience/Requirements

• Strong mechanical background a requirement with a basic understanding of couplings, valves and CIMV Units. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiar with ERP systems. Possess basic to intermediate skills in MS office products including Word and Excel.

Basic Function:
Perform inspection and repair work in-house on returned product or at customer’s job site. Troubleshoot and, if possible, repair our hydraulic couplings, valves and chemical injection metering valve (CIMV) units. Competently and professionally represent Hunting Energy Services – Subsea Technologies in meetings with Hunting’s customers and with end users. Work independently in an unfamiliar environment with little or no supervision. Strong oral and written communication skills are a must.

Field Technician
• Must be able to represent Hunting Energy Services – Subsea Technologies in a professional manner in meetings with all customers and end users. This will include the ability to dialog competently with project managers, engineers and other strategic customer personnel about any product performance issues or concerns in a manner that supports our customers and promotes Hunting as a world-class oilfield equipment supplier.
• Must be able to read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately test products according to the product specification or test procedures.
• Inspect couplings against an established set of criteria to determine if they are damaged beyond salvage or are repairable. Be able to determine the cause of the damage and offer solutions to the problem. Technician must be able to replace seal kits on couplings that require them and must also be able to perform other rework as appropriate to restore couplings to service.
• Perform inspections of valves to determine if they are functioning properly and if not, the cause of the malfunction. Must be able to tear down and rebuild each of our valves in house or in the field.
• Able to help customers deploy CIMV Units offshore. Also must be able to assist with diagnosing communication and other performance issues and help to resolve them.
• Operate borescope and other tools used to diagnose issues in the field.
• Utilize gauges, calipers and other measuring equipment as required to verify conformance to original manufacturing specifications.
• Write clear and concise reports to the customer detailing service activities and findings, as well as the steps used to diagnose and fix the issues.
• Reports should include appropriate photos of the parts as applicable. The reports must be done in a timely manner.
• Conduct training for customers in proper use and maintenance of our products.
• Maintain department in a clean an orderly manner on a daily basis.
• Assist in department goals and objectives by ensuring the department tool inventory is kept in an orderly and clean manner on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Other tasks, duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by manager.

Education –

The Electrician must ensure the continual functioning of all the electrical tools and equipment on board the drilling rig including, but not limited to, the kitchen equipment, heating and air condition equipment, washer and dryers, etc. to minimize the downtime of the rig. The Electrician will ensure regular preventative maintenance activities and special projects are completed as well as unscheduled maintenance and repairs involving the electrical lights and alarms, various electrical components and systems of motors, engines, generators and electrical tools are performed in a timely manner.


• The Electrician will ensure regular preventative maintenance activities are completed to the electrical systems throughout the rig.
• The Electrician maybe called upon to assist the Mechanic or Motorman with preventative maintenance duties on motors and generators.
• The Electrician is also responsible for the repair and maintenance of deck equipment, drilling equipment, engine room equipment, living quarter’s equipment, lighting and navigational systems.

Electrical Systems
• Cleans, inspects, tests, calibrates, troubleshoots, and repairs AC/DC motors and control circuits.
• Performs required planned and preventative maintenance and rotation of motors.
• Maintains, services, troubleshoots, and repairs the crane control system, brakes, motors, and electrical systems in addition to performing all planned and preventative maintenance on the crane control system.
• Tests and calibrates alarm systems and sensors, and maintains, services, troubleshoots, and repairs alarm and communication systems.
• Performs all planned end preventative maintenance.
• Maintains, services, troubleshoots, and repairs refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment, in addition to performing all planned and preventative maintenance.

• Associate’s degree in electrical technology or related educational equivalent from a Professional accredited technical school, trade school, or Institute is desirable.

Professional Experience:
• Physical and cognitive ability to perform the responsibilities of this position.
• Must have five or more years of experience as an electrician, as well as offshore experience as an electrician.
• Working knowledge of SCR drives, generator controls, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is preferred.
• Experience reading electrical and mechanical drawings is required.
• Experience with both low- and high-voltage systems is required.
• Experience with USCG regulations on the electrical systems and wiring requirements along with basic knowledge and understanding of national electrical and marine electrical standards and code.

The Derrickhand will assist the Driller with the raising and lowering of drill pipe, risers and tubular in and out of the hole. The Derrickhand is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, smooth operation and continual functions of the derrick, mud pumps, drilling fluids, mud pit, sack room and related equipment. The employee will work with, supervise and coordinate the activities of the Roustabout assisting in the chemical sack room. The Derrickhand takes directions from the Toolpusher, Driller or Assistant Driller, and Mud Engineer.

General Tasks
• Assists in other areas of the drilling operation as directed.
• Acts as a lead in the pump area, mud pits, and rig floor based on direction from the Driller and Driller Trainee.
• Ensures correct safety procedures are followed; assists in training drill crew.
• Directs and coordinates crewmembers in the performance of work duties and priorities.
• Prepares required work permits, risk assessments and ensures Stop Work Authority and Job Safety Environmental Analyses usage.
• Schedules equipment maintenance and repair with other department personnel, such as Drillers, Electricians, Motorman, and Crane Operators.
• Prepares handover notes for relief staff.
• Performs all duties in accordance with the Permit to Work system.
• Supervising the Roustabout assigned to assist in these areas.
• Provide occasioned relief to the Floorhand on the drill floor.

Pump Room
• Maintains equipment in the pump area and mud pits; informs the Driller or Driller Trainee of any problems or unexpected variations in the drilling fluid, mud properties, and pit level.
• Lines up mud gas separator, degasser, and mixing pumps.
• Mixes and maintains the condition of the drilling fluid.
• Mixes the mud in accordance with the Mud Engineers specifications; checks weight and viscosity, calculates pit volumes, and monitors returns from shaker house.
• Logs drilling fluid properties and quantity of drilling chemicals and mud materials used each tour.
• Monitors the high-pressure mud pumps, making certain that the condition, fluid levels, lubrication, and calibration of the equipment is correct; performs preventive maintenance on the high pressure mud pumps and replaces fluids as needed.
• Operates, cleans, performs preventative maintenance, and repairs mud mixing pumps, charging pumps, solid control equipment, and related equipment.
• Maintains a clean and safe area.

Derrick Operations
• Inspects the derrick on a weekly basis in accordance with approved checklist.
• Handles tubular in the derrick or on the rig floor; checks fluid transfers, and returns and prepares stand to rack and run.
• Handles the upper end of the drill string as it is being hoisted out of or lowered into the hole.
• Maintains derrick by inspecting lines, ropes, hoist, monkey board, derrick fingers, tubing and stabbing boards, sheaves, crown block, bolts, pins, welds, and other lines and equipment attached to the derrick; lubricates air hoists, sheaves, and fastline guide, performs basic repairs and replaces defective parts.
• Inspects Top Drive, torque equipment, and related equipment for proper functioning.
• Assists in nippling, maintaining, and repairing blowout prevention (BOP) equipment.
• Supervises casing operations, including stab casing, lining up threads, valves, pumps and fluid system, casing fill-up, mixing, and monitoring returns.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required unless satisfactory knowledge and skills have been demonstrated for the position applied for with management’s approval.

Professional Experience:
• Physical and cognitive ability to perform the responsibilities of this position.
• Six months experience as a Floorhand on a Blake International rig with similar equipment or six months experience as a Derrickhand or Driller Trainee on a similar type of rig for another drilling company.
• Intermediate level of mechanical knowledge of rotary drill equipment, mud circulating systems, well shut-in procedures, ability to recognize signs of kick and the procedures for circulating out a kick.
