Sales Associate

A Houston-based software company is seeking motivated Inside Sales Assistant to identify new sales contracts while working in a beautiful office environment. The Inside Sales Assistant is a highly motivated professional driven to succeed and aspiring to excel in a career in Sales. The Inside Sales Assistant will spend the majority of their time on the internet/phone initiating new sales project research, outbound prospecting calls and responding to inbound leads for the purpose of the qualifying opportunities. Once successfully qualified, the Inside Sales Assistant will forward the qualified lead to the assigned Sales Associate to continue the sales process. The Appointment Setter will schedule and participate in software demonstrations.

Requirements:
• Ability to Identify New Sales Leads
• Research through Internet Search Engines for New Project Candidates
• Qualify New Project Candidate
• Identify Candidate Projects Contacts and their Information
• Generate New Sales Leads
• Record Progress CRM ( salesforce.com)
• Ability to Report Progress
• Professional Sales Background Preferred

Preferred Education and Qualifications:
• High School Diploma (with Job Experience),
• College Graduate (or some College Preferred)
• Strong Verbal and Written Communications Skills

Required education:
• High school or equivalent
