Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston has an immediate opening for a full-time receptionist to join the team!
A customer-friendly, eager individual with an exceptional personality will succeed at this role.
Job Purpose:
Supports sales operations by welcoming visitors, answering and transferring phone calls, cashing out clients and assisting the management team as requested.
Duties:
- Welcomes visitors, potential customers, and customers by greeting and referring them to the appropriate person.
- Presents a welcoming environment by keeping reception area neat and clean.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Receiving sales deposits.
- Operate a switchboard, handle cash, credit, or check transactions.
- Administrative duties (i.e., scanning, copying, etc.)

Hours:
Monday – Thursday – 8:30am-4:00pm
Friday – 8:30am-6:00pm
