Our client, a leader in pet care, is seeking an Accounting Coordinatorto join their team. As an Accounting Coordinator, you will be part of the manufacturing administrationteamsupporting the production floor. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, willingness to learn and desire to be part of a dynamic team,which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Accounting Coordinator
Location: Jefferson, WI
Pay Range: $23/hr
What’s the Job
- Perform pay period payroll functions and related analysis (review and reconciliation of new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, promotions, time tracking, manual checks, deductions and bonus payouts)
- Processing Purchase Orders into financial software
- Processes Accounts Receivable
- Collects reconciled procurement card statement and conducts audits
- Administers plant timekeeping system including updating employee information
What’s Needed
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years administrative experience in similar environment (accounting, timekeeping, payroll, etc.)
- Positive attitude!!
