This important position will manage the day-to-day operations of an established 100+ member team. If you’re a business leader passionate about creative work and excited to guide the planning and on-time execution of our award-winning catalog and projects, this role is for you.
Position Responsibilities:
- Guide Creative team with strong time management skills, meeting tight schedules in a fast paced, hands-on environment.
- Oversee the workflow of all projects, including design, print, photograhpy and web.
- Collaborate with owners & C-suite leaders to gain multiple approvals from key stakeholders.
- Work independently and with cross-functional teams while managing competing priorities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administation or a related field.
- 15+ years of project management experience, successfully overseeing complex projects in dynamic environments.
- 10+ years of proven sucess leading large in-house teams, optimizing workflows effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Team player – ready to roll up your sleeves and be in the details.
