Overview:

Responsible for assisting Manager to plan daily staffing of field personnel, assignment of new referrals and communications of referral information to field staff, obtain clinician caseload volume daily and weekly to help Manager determine referral capacity, assist Manager with clerical duties such as staff scheduling for PTO and meeting availability, laptop assignments, and clinician supplies.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: One year clinical experience. Home Care experience strongly preferred.
  • Certifications/Licensure: Prefer clinical certification such as LPN, PTA, or equivalent
  • Other: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of office machines required. Good computer skills and use of Excel, Word.
