At Stellar Senior Living, we are seeking an Executive Director to lead our flagship community, The Gallery at Spokane. We need someone who thrives on challenges and is committed to exceeding expectations. Your ability to manage new build openings and rapidly achieve full occupancy will be key to your success.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven Success in New Build Opens and Lease-Ups: You have a history of taking new communities from launch to full occupancy, delivering results on time and within budget.
- Leadership Excellence: You lead by example, motivating high-performing teams to achieve their best.
- Operational Mastery: Your expertise spans all aspects of senior living management, from operations and healthcare to customer service and fiscal responsibility.
- Strong Relationship Builder: You build lasting relationships with residents, families, and the greater community.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Licensed Assisted Living Administrator required
