Located in beautiful southern Maine, PVESC is a growing 26-doctor emergency and specialty veterinary hospital, offering services in surgery, internal medicine, oncology, dermatology, neurology, emergency & critical care, and cardiology. We are currently seeking a full-time Client Service Supervisor to join our leadership team. In this role, you will help ensure our clients and their pets receive the highest level of service, while supporting the day-to-day operations of our client service team. Requirements

What You’ll Do:

As a Client Service Supervisor, you will work closely with our Director of Client Relations to lead and support our Client Service Representatives (CSRs). Your primary focus will be to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for our clients, while effectively coordinating the team’s operations and workflows.

  • Oversee and mentor the CSR team, ensuring all client interactions are professional, compassionate, and efficient.
  • Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, training, and supporting team members.
  • Solve problems and manage client concerns in a calm, solution-focused manner.
  • Collaborate with other department supervisors and hospital leadership to improve service quality and foster a positive work environment.
  • Support ongoing team development and performance by providing feedback and promoting growth opportunities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain a positive and productive team culture that encourages teamwork, mutual respect, and client-focused care.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Customer service experience is required, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Veterinary experience is a plus, but not requiredwhat matters most is your ability to provide excellent service and manage a team
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • A passion for both people and pets, and a desire to make a positive impact
