What You’ll Do:
•Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on applied behavior analysis principles.
•Supervise and train behavior technicians, providing ongoing support, feedback, and evaluation.
•Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to create individualized goals and strategies across various settings.
•Deliver therapy services when necessary, teaching functional skills and implementing behavior management techniques.
•Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, session notes, and intervention plans in compliance with professional standards.
What You Bring:
•A Master’s degree or equivalent in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
•Certification as a BCBA in good standing.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
•Dedication to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professionalism.
•Organizational skills to manage tasks independently in a dynamic environment.
