Sales Representative

This is an application for direct hire, in-person Sales professionals at Walser Automotive Group hiring immediately.

• Location: Wichita, KS
• Compensation:Base of $36,000 annually + incentive opportunities with uncapped commission potential. On Target Earnings in this role are $60,000+.

Responsibilities include:

• Guide customers through the sales process by providing product information, answering questions, and offering solutions tailored to their needs.
• Build rapport with potential buyers through in-person interactions, follow-up calls, and digital outreach.
• Track customer interactions and sales progress using internal systems and CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall team performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service or delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or service-oriented role
• Quick to learn and adapt to new sales technologies and CRM tools
• Goal-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person environment
• Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
