Job Type: Full Time
Shift(s) Available: 3rd or Weekend
Compensation: $24.39/hr- $31.35/hr Based on experience and shift

Sign-OnBonus: $1500

Key Accountabilities

A Typical Work Day May Include:

• Completing preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance throughout thefacility
• Documenting all completed work and the conditions found; utilizing maintenancecomputer software as necessary
• Installing, maintaining, testing, evaluating, and repairing various components andsystems including heavy mobile equipment, hydraulic systems, 12 & 24V mobileelectrical systems, belt conveyors, gear reducers, and bearings
• Safely and effectively operating equipment
• Preform lubrication, servicing, and minor maintenance for equipment related to theclassification
• Operating standard maintenance tools such as power tools, basic hand tools, pneumatictools, electric tools, etc.
• Comprehending mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and/or operation manuals
• Operating forklifts
• Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Ability to repair equipment in close proximity to explosives
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
• Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs.,kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold,dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advancenotice
• High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience
• Ability and willingness to work underground in a mining environment

What Will Put You Ahead:

• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining various components and systems includingheavy mobile equipment and/or hydraulic systems and/or 12 to 24V mobile electricalsystems and/or belt conveyors, gear reducers, and bearings
• Current ATF certification or the ability to obtain one upon hire
• Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Certified Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) or willing to acquire certification
• Predictive Maintenance and/or Precision Maintenance CertificationsHeavy equipment/industrial maintenance technical diploma from a trade school, or 3 years equivalent experience
• Basic skills in cutting, welding, and fabrication
• Previous mining experience
• Previous farming experience
