Physical Therapist

Description of the role:

As a Physical Therapist at Springs Village Care Center, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients
• Conduct therapy sessions to help patients achieve their physical goals
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Colorado
• Experience working with geriatric populations preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
