Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required from last 12 months.
• Must have at least 9 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 12 months.
• 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details:
Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.
No Block Scheduling requests. Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.
This is an “Auto Offer” position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be facilitated upon request. This request should be made upon submission.
Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend requirement for contract, 3 12 hour shifts a week
Floating policy: may have to float in between PCU units or float to med-surg floors
Patient Experience requirements: hourly rounding on days, every 2 hour rounding on nights, AIDET and keeping up with communication boards on 7th floor. Dept 633 has tv communication boards.
Must have: Critical thinking skills, EKG rhythm interpretation, cardiac drip, insulin drip and heparin drip experience.
Peritoneal dialysis experience preferred and peripheral iv skills.
Advanced skills needed: Experience with bipaps, high flow 02 and multiple oxygen delivery systems. Experience with stroke and post cardiac cath care. Peritoneal dialysis experience preferred. Experience with tube feedings and NG/dobhoff tubes.
Dress code: Black Scrubs
10 days maximum time off

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
