We’re currently seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician with a passion for radiology to join our growing team. Anticipated Schedule
This is a full-time position

Some holidays are required

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Compensation

  • Starting at $28/hour, commensurate with experience and licensure
Requirements

What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Radiology Veterinary Technician, you’ll work closely with specialists and clinicians across departments to deliver accurate, high-quality imaging that guides treatment decisions for some of our most critical patients. You will also provide anesthesia support and play a vital role in maintaining imaging systems and safety protocols.In this role, you will:

  • Perform digital radiographs, MRI, and CT scans with precision and care
  • Set up and assist with imaging-guided procedures like FNAs and biopsies
  • Organize and implement anesthesia for imaging cases, including timed contrast and breath-hold studies
  • Accurately draw up, calculate, and administer medications, maintaining patient safety
  • Utilize and maintain all monitoring equipment and troubleshoot when needed
  • Perform daily and weekly maintenance of anesthesia and imaging equipment
  • Coordinate daily procedures across all departments
  • Uphold safety standards related to radiation, infection control, and OSHA protocols
  • Serve as a patient advocate, maintaining accurate treatment and anesthesia records

Who We’re Looking For:

  • LVT/CVT/RVT licensure in good standing
  • Solid understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and animal behavior
  • Experience with anesthesia, nursing care, and client communication
  • Ability to lift 35–45 lbs and support mobility of larger patients
  • Strong organizational, teamwork, and time-management skills
  • A positive attitude and commitment to helping pets live their best lives
