  • Perform accurate and timely distribution of all requested reports and information compiled within the Food Safety/QA scope.
  • Ensure USDA regulated programs are properly monitored and adimistered at the sizing facilities.
  • Assist with customer complaints.
  • Assist to improve sizing quality and reduce noncompliance issues.
  • Ensure managment and facilities have the sizing tools and equipment necessary to perform the job.
  • Reduct out of specification product through awareness.
  • Perform audits as requested.
  • All other relevant duties.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of USDA regulations.
  • Auditing and training experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong computer knowledge and skills.
  • Good math skills
  • Sizing experience in the poultry industry preferred.
