A Different Kind of ABA Provider:

• You'll work 1:1 with clients only - no group billing
• You'll use top-tier clinical technology (PathTap) to guide care decisions

Your Role: Senior Therapist

You'll support our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and help create and implement life-changing treatment plans for our clients. This includes:

• Assisting with assessments, data collection, and progress tracking
• Implementing individualized therapy sessions focused on meaningful skills
• Supporting and training Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborating with caregivers to support family goals
• Creating learning materials and ensuring a fun, engaging therapy experience

What You'll Need

• A bachelor's degree (or expected within 6 months)
• RBT certification within 120 days of hire
• 1,500 hours of training or supervised experience in behavior therapy for children with autism
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs. repeatedly
• A passion for helping others and a commitment to ethical, compassionate care

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $22.29 - $28.92/hr., based on your qualifications, skills, and experience.
