A Different Kind of ABA Provider:- You'll work 1:1 with clients only - no group billing
- You'll use top-tier clinical technology (PathTap) to guide care decisions
- You'll be part of a team that puts compassion, collaboration, and client dignity first
Your Role: Senior TherapistYou'll support our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and help create and implement life-changing treatment plans for our clients. This includes:
- Assisting with assessments, data collection, and progress tracking
- Implementing individualized therapy sessions focused on meaningful skills
- Supporting and training Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborating with caregivers to support family goals
- Creating learning materials and ensuring a fun, engaging therapy experience
What You'll Need- A bachelor's degree (or expected within 6 months)
- RBT certification within 120 days of hire
- 1,500 hours of training or supervised experience in behavior therapy for children with autism
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs. repeatedly
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to ethical, compassionate care
Compensation & BenefitsPay range: $22.29 - $28.92/hr., based on your qualifications, skills, and experience.
