Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 9 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 12 months.
• 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details:
Med Surg PNCU
Shift & Scheduling: Every 3rd weekend
Floating Requirements: Float to Med Surg
Required Skills/Experience: Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.
Equipment Used on Unit: Feeding pumps, peg tubes, IVs, central lines, drains, EKGs
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Assist Neurologist with bedside LPs
Central Line Dressing Changes, Tube Feedings, Wound Care, Foley Catheter insertion
Special Requests: No block scheduling requests.
Must be able to start within 4-5 weeks to apply
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: Please request an interview for one match from this facility at a time. You will not interview with the hiring manager if the facility chooses to extend an offer to you for this position. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
