Position Summary We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Satellite Operating Room. This position will start in Lexington and then move to Needham in January 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Perioperative care in circulating and scrub roles in an ambulatory surgery setting
Providing nurse sedation, preop, and post-op for Adult Endoscopy procedures
Providing clinical support and resources
Working collaboratively in a family-centered perioperative environment.
Minimal Qualifications Education
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Experience
Minimum 1 year of OR experience.
Pediatric experience preferred.
Licensure/Certifications
Massachusetts nursing license.
**Sign-on bonus of $20,000 for full-time, 40 hour per week hires with over 2 years of direct OR experience as a RN (who have not worked here in the past 2 years). **
