THIS IS A 2ND SHIFT POSITION WITH TYPICAL HOURS OF 3PM TO 11PM.
- Supervise a team, providing leadership in everyday work assignments.
- Oversee and ensure the quality of grinding, mixing, cooking, cooling, pelletizing, packing, storage and shipment of feed.
- Mentor, motivate, provide training and professional development to your team optimizing their professional development and growth.
- Recognize and reward team, providing feedback on performance issues.
- Manage and ensure completion of team's paperwork and documents.
- Other relevant duties to the job.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Milling Science, Poultry or other related field of study preferred.
- 2+ years leadership experience required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of how to lead people with positive reinforcement.
- General knowledge of feed ingredient management.
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient with technology and computers.
