The Vice President for AI Change & Portfolio Management is a strategic role responsible for driving the adoption, governance, and effective utilization of AI solutions within the organization. The role requires a dynamic individual who can champion change management initiatives, ensure alignment with senior management strategies, and provide ongoing support to empower both clients and internal teams.

The VP AI Change & Portfolio Manager will play an integral role in shaping the organization's AI landscape, ensuring successful adoption, fostering alignment across management tiers, and championing innovation. By bridging the gap between technical solutions and business needs, this position will drive impactful change and secure the organization's competitive edge in leveraging AI technologies.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP AI Change & Portfolio Manager to join our Treasury Servicesteam. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Adoption and Accountability

  • Building Awareness: Develop communication strategies and initiatives to create awareness of AI solutions and their benefits across the organization.
  • Empowering Through Education: Design and implement training programs, including how-to guides and educational videos to ensure stakeholders understand and adopt AI solutions effectively.
  • Driving Adoption and Accountability: Execute campaigns and activities that encourage commitment to AI usage while holding teams accountable for integrating these technologies into their workflows.

Client Support

  • On-going Support: Provide consistent and proactive client assistance for AI solutions, addressing challenges and ensuring successful implementation.
  • Answering Ad Hoc Questions: Act as a point of contact for stakeholder queries and provide expert advice on AI-related issues.

Governance and Change Management

  • Setting Up Governance: Establish and manage governance structures in collaboration with AI Champions, the AI Hub, and Senior Management to ensure alignment and oversight.
  • Governance and Change Management Champion: Advocate for structured change processes and monitor adherence to governance protocols.

Communication

  • Communicator of Management Vision: Serve as the conduit for executive management’s vision, ensuring clarity and consistency across all communication platforms.
  • Fortnightly Newsletter: Create and distribute regular updates via newsletters and maintain an active SharePoint site to keep stakeholders informed of progress and initiatives.

Material Creation and Training

  • Content Development: Produce high-quality instructional materials, including videos and guides, to facilitate understanding and ease of use of AI tools such as Co-pilot.
  • Training Sessions: Organize and lead engaging training sessions to further enhance AI literacy among employees and stakeholders.

Metrics and KPIs

  • Propose and Run KPIs: Devise key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of AI adoption and governance and report progress to senior management.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in change management, portfolio management, or similar leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in AI solutions and their application in organizational contexts.
  • Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain governance structures.
  • Proficiency in creating educational materials and managing digital platforms such as SharePoint.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address ad hoc queries effectively.
  • Experience in monitoring and reporting KPIs, with a focus on driving accountability.
