What You'll Be Doing
- Perform maintenance and repair of aggregate plant equipment including crushers, conveyors, and screens
- Weld and fabricate components to support plant operations and equipment reliability
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations

- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and welding proficiency
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, outdoor industrial environment

Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
