Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 36 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience within the past 12 months.
• Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Telemetry, Post op cath care, Cardiac drips with titration, Management of dysrhythmias, Interpretation of dysrhythmias
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Stroke, CHF, A-fib, arrhythmias, cardiac caths/stents and med-surg
Equipment Used on Unit: Sigma Spectrum IV pumps; Ceiling hoyer lift, portable hoyer lift, portable cardiac monitoring, defib x2 when transporting, EKG machine
Unit/Facility Details:
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend required
Floating Requirements: Float to all except M3; helping hands in ER
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
