The manager will have the opportunity to influence department culture by setting expectations regarding performance, behavior, and patient experience.
How you'll contribute
Administrates the day-to-day operations of the ODS/PAT/Endoscopy including the direction, supervision, and coordinating of all activities relating to patient care.
Participates in new program/service line planning
Works with team to establish policies and procedures, goals and objectives for surgical services.
Knowledge in clinical area of supervision, using defined processes to establish goals and outcomes which reflect systems integration in today's dynamic health care environment.
Serves as a role model and leader to staff, behaving in a way that is consistent with Hospital Values and sets a positive example.

Applicants must have a nursing degree from a nursing school (Bachelor's degree preferred). Additional requirements include:
