Twenty-Five bed Med Surg, reasonable nurse-to-patient ratio with a supportive manager that prioritizes patient safety and positive outcomes. Preceptor programs for new nurses to help with transition into Med-Surg and opportunities for learning/professional development such as charge nurse, preceptor, and clinical ladder program. Flexibility in schedule that allows for continuing education or balance between work and personal life.

A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

· Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions

· Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record

· Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
