Contract Length:12 weeks

Shift Options

  • 12-hour shifts

  • Choose between48 or 72 hours per pay period

  • Flexible, self-schedulingavailable

Program Highlights

  • Work in one unitfor the duration of the contract – no floating or being pulled to other units

  • 40+ unitsacross Medical, Surgical, Step-Down, Progressive, Transitional Care, Emergency Department, ICU and more!!

  • No holiday requirementfor Christmas, New Year’s Day, or MLK Day

  • Weekend requirement:24 hours every 4 weeks (typically 2 shifts/month)

What to Expect

Requirements

  • 2 years of recent RN experiencein an acute care hospital setting required

  • BLS certificationrequired

  • BSN preferred; ADN required

$52.00 hourlyThis pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
