Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
• BSN completion required
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:
Previous Employment Requirements: Cannot have worked perm/travel/PRN for any Beth Israel facility within the past 6 months.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend rotation 7pm
Preferred Skills/Experience: 5+ years L&D experience preferred,Comfortability in the OR preferred
Special Requests: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty., BILH cover sheet required
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
• Advanced AWHONN FHM (Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
