Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 60 months of Telemetry Float Pool experience.
• Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.
Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.
LPNs only: Must have previously worked on at least (1) a travel assignment with Trusted and have a reference from that assignment
Roles requiring a state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits
Unit Details: of Beds: “Will be expected to multiple units of varying acuity levels.
Floating Requirements: to ED or CCU if within their skillset.
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit:
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekends, Holiday Requirements “May be asked to go in the Holiday Rotation, No Call Preferred Skills/Experience: 1 year of ICU experience or 1 year of ED experience
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
