About the Role


We're building a new team in a rapidly growing auto tech verticaland we're looking for a Business Development Representative to help us make it happen. In this role, you'll uncover new business opportunities, run engaging product demos, and guide customers through a fast, consultative sales process.

Location: Hybrid in Waltham, MA (3 days onsite per week ; 5 days a week for first 90 days to train)
Compensation: $90k OTE ($60k base + commission)

You Will

  • Make high-volume outbound calls and lead online product demos.

  • Become an expert in our SaaS product and target market.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts in our CRM.

  • Use a consultative approach to tailor solutions to prospect needs.

You Have

Must Have:

  • 1+ years of sales experience with proven quota attainment.

  • Experience running product demos/consultations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to work onsite in Waltham, MA, 3 days/week.

Nice to Have:

  • SaaS sales experience.

  • Automotive industry knowledge.

  • CRM expertise for pipeline management.

  • Experience with a fast sales cycle (1-2 call close).
