Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Hawaii license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Facility’s schedule is listed as 3x12s, but clinicians should expect to work 2x12s one week and 4x12s the next week (and so on.)
Will need to arrive at the Facility the Friday prior to start date.
Required Skills/Experience: Must have ER and ICU experience to be considered.
Types of Patients on Unit:
Primary Care of ER, ICU and PACU Patients.
Shift & Scheduling: Evenings and nights
72-80 hours per 2 weeks.
Holiday Coverage Required: Yes
Floating Requirements:
May have to float to other nursing units not as a primary nurse to assist as needed.
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
