ERP Consultant - Oracle

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and consulting industry, is seeking a dedicated Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR/Learning Lead Consultant to join their team. As a vital member of the HR and Cloud Solutions department supporting client projects, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR/Learning Lead Consultant

Location: Chicago, IL (On-site)

Pay Range: will discuss on call

Contract: 3 months

What's the Job

• Lead requirements gathering sessions for Core HR and Learning modules within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Facilitate client-facing discussions to understand and document business needs and module capabilities.
• Communicate the features and limitations of Oracle HCM Cloud modules to clients effectively.
• Document findings and requirements in a clear, structured format to support the configuration phase.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of HR solutions.

What's Needed

• Proven experience as a lead in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Learning Cloud modules as a lead.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Ability to document complex requirements clearly and accurately.
• Willingness to travel to Chicago, DC, and Boston as needed, with approximately 80% remote work flexibility.
