Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a determined Financial Analyst who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity.

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis Operations Finance Team. This individual will assist in the preparation of financial reports, conduct data analysis, and provide insights that will help drive strategic decision-making. This is a hybrid role with one day in-office per week at our Farmers Branch, TX location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of annual budgets and reforecasts. Contribute to variance analysis, comparing actual results with projections and explaining deviations. Work closely with department Leads to develop realistic targets and provide ongoing support through budget monitoring.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to management.
  • Support the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast and provide variance analysis.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by management. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. Assist in the implementation of process improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to drive business growth, improve profitability, or reduce cost-to-serve.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance indicators, highlighting areas of concern and proposing corrective actions.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience or relevant internships/coursework
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Tableau, BI tools, and financial modeling preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; Workday Adaptive and SQL a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
