eCommerce Catalog Manager

Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized E-Commerce Catalog Manager to partner in leading timely execution, communication and collaboration of 3P site across internal and external partners. This person will be responsible for organization, upkeep, and implementation of all digital functions including demand data, pricing, and promotions. This role ensures that all published content is accurate, current, and compelling. Success in this role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable operating in both ecommerce and brick-and-mortar retail environments.


Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Role requires support to Team Leader in execution of all projects related to supplier-oriented ecommerce business.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are executed with precision.
  • Manage large, structured data sets with in-depth knowledge of ecommerce supplier-oriented platforms.
  • Organize and maintain pricing files across multiple departments ensuring data is updated and accurate on a quarterly basis.
  • As a member of this team you will conduct daily content quality assurance, identify errors, and collaborate with team members to maintain product listings as well as our competitive set.
  • Create and deliver Excel-based reports and analyses (using formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation) in a format easily understood by non-technical audiences.
  • Develop and support PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring information is professional, clear, and visually engaging.
  • Manage workflow independently while coordinating schedules, deliverables, and priorities with project teams and leadership.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize catalog performance.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients, presenting confidently and representing the company with credibility.
  • Ideate on continuous improvement in digital workflows, tools, and systems to stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Role is located in-office 5 days per week.

Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in ecommerce product content management.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); mastery of Excel with ability to create formulas, pivot tables, and actionable reports.
  • Knowledge of BI, Tableau and other retail software platforms a positive.
  • Comfortable working across ecommerce and brick-and-mortar environments; experience with retailer partner portals highly preferred.
  • SEO knowledge or experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional in presentation.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels, from junior associates to senior leadership.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and proactive with strong follow-through and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or college coursework preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
  • Good logistics knowledge with ability to manage global workflows.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and highly collaborativecomfortable working with individuals across all levels of the organization.
