Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required from last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.
• 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Patient Experience requirements: Remain above 75%. Ability to support patient choice and promote vaginal birth opportunities specific to patient preference.Advanced skills needed: Spinning babies helpful, STABLE also helpful
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Circulating in OR, IUPC, FSE, MgSO4, pp hemorrhage- JADA system, nitrous oxide
Equipment Used on Unit: Documentation system: CPN and Meditech
Shift & Scheduling: 4 weekend shifts/month. No Block Scheduling requests. Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.
Floating Requirements: Can float to m/b or outside department to task.
10 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
• Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring)
