Exciting and challenging opportunity as a dedicated ambulatory social worker providing clinical social work services to adult patients and their families at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s St. Elizabeth's Hospital location. As a member of the multidisciplinary oncology team, the Clinical Social Worker provides patient and family centered care through clinical psychosocial assessment and intervention, including crisis response, individual, couples, family and group interventions, and short-term bereavement support.
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position. As a hybrid role the schedule is 3 days on-site coverage and 2 days remote at St. Elizabeth's Hospital. DFCI guidelines state that employees must reside in New England: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont.
