We are seeking a passionate BCBA to join our growing team at our Kingwood location. In this role, you will help expand Spectacular Kid's presence by setting best practices, fostering team culture, and delivering exceptional services.
At Spectacular Kids ABA Therapy & Consulting, we are dedicated to serving one of the most vulnerable populations in healthcare - children with autism and other related disorders. We firmly believe that our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) form the backbone of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians and their clinical programs.
- Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (Initial Assessments).
- Developing and implementing parent training and support programs.
- Providing compassionate training, support, and mentorship to RBTs.
- Developing, managing, and overseeing progress reports and treatment plans.
- Collaborating with coding, billing, and insurance teams to meet payer requirements.
- Conduct parent meetings to review results of assessments and goals for treatment plans.
- Conduct re-evaluations for existing clients every 3 to 6 months.
- Write monthly summary reports for client progress.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to review changes and clarify programs with direct care staff.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Must possess a Board Certification from the BACB.
- Applicable licensure to practice within the state of hire.
- Must be a team player and possess a positive behavior
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A desire to deliver superior services.
- Must be able to withstand acts of physical management strategies
- Must be able to travel in and out of state.
