LSI Staffing is HIRING Production Workers – Napoleon, OH
Full-Time, Monday - Saturday, 1st and 3rd shifts available
Our office is located in TEXAS, we will be conducting interviews on Zoom.
Pay:
- $16.75/hour – 1st Shift
- $17.75/hour – 3rd Shift
Job Duties Include:
- Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to produce products according to specifications.
- Assemble components using hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of tools and materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues as they arise during production.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols within the manufacturing facility.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate forklifts and other machinery safely.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, contributing to an understanding of logistics and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize quality standards in production output.

Requirements:
- Must be flexible to work Saturdays and overtime.
- Must pass a background check and drug test at the clinic.
- Must be reliable and dependable.
Work Rules:
- Hair must be pulled back at all times.
- No jewelry allowed.
- Closed-toe shoes required.
- Wear jeans and a t-shirt (no holes or offensive designs).
- Long hair must be tied back.
- Employees cannot leave for lunch – please pack a lunch.
- A clear water bottle with a cap is allowed on the line.
