JMJ Transport LLC is looking for experienced CDL A Drivers.
Step Decks, RGN/Lowboys, and Flatbed OTR loads are currently available.
Our fleet consists of new Kenworth Semi Trucks, RGN Trailers, and 53' Flatbeds.
We have drop and hook loads, dedicated lanes and round trips.
Daily tasks include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining accurate logs, following all safety protocols, and coordinating with dispatch to optimize routes and schedules. The driver must also maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Rates:
- $0.65 per mile for loaded runs
- $0.45 per mile for deadhead runs
- $0.20 per mile for Out of Gauge and/or Over-Weight (Additionally)
- $100 per tarped load
- $250 per layover/breakdown after each 24 hours
- $30 per hour for detention past 3 hours
- 30% total revenue for low boy movement
- Lodging provided when required to be @ JMJ office as required for non-local personnel

Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A Driver License and a clean driving record
- 2-3 Years Verifiable driving experience with CDL A
- Must be over 25 years old
- TWIC Card Required
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to operate and maintain the vehicle properly
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent, with preference for relevant certifications
- Port experience preferred
