Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Salary: $45,000-$50,000 annually + Bonus Opportunity

What You'll Do

As Branch Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our Columbia branch by:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
• Recruiting, onboarding, training, and retaining exceptional staff
• Growing client census and expanding community partnerships
• Building relationships with referral sources, community organizations, and healthcare partners
• Ensuring excellent client service and operational excellence
• Monitoring branch performance and achieving growth goals
• Managing branch budgets and supporting profitability
• Facilitating team meetings and fostering a positive, engaged culture
• Overseeing payroll, billing, and administrative functions as needed
• Ensuring compliance with company, state, federal, Medicare, Medicaid, and privacy requirements
• Resolving client concerns and creating positive experiences for those we serve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 3+ years of healthcare experience required
• 1+ year of leadership experience required
• Proven success driving growth, census development, or business development efforts
• Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities
• Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
