At Lifespace Communities, we're looking for a talented, dependable Cook to join our culinary team in our brand-new restaurant, which opened in June 2026!

Forget the traditional institutional kitchen! Our restaurant-style dining experience features fresh, cooked-to-order meals prepared in a beautiful, state-of-the-art kitchen. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills while creating exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Here's What's Cooking!

• Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour
• $500 Sign-On Bonus: Limited-time offer for eligible new hires during November 2026!
• Schedule: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Brand-New Restaurant: Opened June 2026!

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare fresh, delicious, cooked-to-order meals in a restaurant-style kitchen.
• Follow recipes and prepare menu items to order, ensuring consistent quality and flavor.
• Create beautifully presented dishes that residents and guests will love.
• Manage food preparation and timing to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen.
• Work closely with your culinary team to provide outstanding service.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of prep cook, line cook, or restaurant cooking experience.
• Experience preparing made-to-order meals is a plus!
• Ability to read and understand English to follow recipes, menus, food safety instructions, and kitchen procedures.
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Food Handler certification within 60 days of hire, where required.
