Sheren Plumbing & Heating is hiring an HVAC & Plumbing Apprentice to support commercial mechanical construction projects throughout Traverse City and Northern Michigan.

Your New Role
- Assist HVAC technicians, plumbers, and mechanical installers on commercial projects
- Help install piping, mechanical equipment, HVAC systems, and plumbing systems
- Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
- Move, stage, and organize materials, equipment, and jobsite supplies
- Perform general apprentice and construction duties
- Follow jobsite safety procedures and instructions
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and jobsite conditions
- Travel to jobs throughout Traverse City and the surrounding Northern Michigan service area

- At least 1 year of HVAC and/or plumbing experience
- Previous hands-on experience assisting with HVAC or plumbing installation, service, or construction work
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools
- Ability to perform the physical duties required for HVAC and plumbing work
- Ability to follow instructions and established jobsite safety procedures
- Dependable attendance and consistent work habits
- Willingness to continue learning HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical installation
- Ability to work throughout Traverse City and the surrounding Northern Michigan service area
