General Manager Qualifications:
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment -- always hands-on
- 3-5 years experience in a General Manager role in fast food restaurant
- A passion for loving the guest and is hospitality-focused
- Preference for no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
- A dedication to Ownership, Accountability, and Commitment
