Qualifications for Restaurant General Managers:

• Minimum 2-3 years of general management experience in fast casual, or similar high-volume restaurants
• Proven experience managing P&L, labor, and operational budgets
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Exceptional financial and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Motivated, proactive, and fully committed to operational excellence
