Technical Service Manager, NETA Electrical Testing
Orlando, FL (Onsite, up to 50% travel)
Lead the Orlando branch's electrical testing crew while staying hands-on in the field, pricing work, and owning job profitability.
Must-Haves
- NETA certification, Level III or IV preferred
- 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance: breakers, MCCs, relays, switchgear
- Experience leading field crews
- Comfortable with nights, weekends, emergency work, and up to 50% travel
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience, plus a clean driving record
What You'll Do
- Schedule the local test crew and coordinate manpower with other branches
- Walk jobs, build quotes, and give customers practical technical options
- Review test reports and audit field work for quality and safety
- Track job costs so projects hit margin goals
- Mentor techs as they move up through NETA levels
Nice-to-Haves
- Military power production background (Army Prime Power, USAF EPP, Navy)
- Willingness to test up a NETA level
