Hotel General Manager Benefits:

Hotel General Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years as a General Manager of a mid-tier branded property
- 5+ years of hotel leadership experience
- Major brand experience preferred
- Lead from the front, by example, management style
- High energy and ambition!
Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, lead, and manage the team with respect, integrity, and consistency
- Actively manage budget to ensure financial goals are met or exceeded
- Ensure preparedness and passing of all QA inspections
- Address guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Other duties as assigned
