In this role, you'll gain exposure to surety bonds, the renewal process, client account servicing activities, and the preparation of submissions and supporting information. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues, learn how surety accounts are managed, and develop the knowledge needed to progress into an Account Manager position. You'll support the Surety Bond team throughout the renewal process by helping gather information, preparing submissions, and assisting with account servicing activities. Your work will help ensure that important information is organized, accurate, and available when needed.
Day to day, you'll follow up on new and renewal business, assist with quotations, and provide administrative support that helps the broader account team serve clients efficiently. You'll also gain exposure to surety bond transactions and documentation while supporting the team in meeting client needs and maintaining relationships with carrier partners.
As you build your knowledge and understanding of the business, you'll work alongside colleagues who can help you develop the skills needed for future growth.
