Must-Haves
- BS in Electrical Engineering and PE license
- Significant consulting engineering or construction experience
- Strong background in building electrical systems
- Experience leading projects, teams, and client relationships
- Developing scopes, fees, proposals, and service agreements
- Strong command of electrical, building, and energy codes
What You'll Do
- Provide technical oversight and QC on complex electrical projects
- Lead project teams and plan workload
- Manage key clients and support proposals and interviews
- Mentor engineers and designers
- Shape technical standards and long-term practice growth
Nice-to-Haves
- Critical power, renewable energy, or specialized facilities
- Short-circuit and coordination studies, emergency and standby power
- Revit and Bluebeam
