Outside Sales Representative – Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven outside sales experience in paint, coatings, or related building materials
- MUST be Bilingual and fully fluent in both Spanish & English
- Established relationships with local painting contractors and industry customers
- Demonstrated success growing existing accounts and developing new business
- Strong hunter mentality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a field-based territory
Outside Sales Representative – Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with a paint manufacturer, distributor, paint store, or coatings company
- Established local customer base or book of business
- Strong knowledge of the local paint/contractor market
