Must-Haves
- 2+ years as a Building Automation Project Manager (up to senior level)
- Experience managing BAS / DDC controls projects
- Strong on budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting
- Experience managing technicians and subcontractors
What You'll Do
- Own the business side of projects: budget, schedule, and forecasts
- Serve as main point of contact for clients
- Manage field technicians and subcontractors
- Deliver projects in data center, medical, education, and industrial facilities
Nice-to-Haves
- Tridium Niagara, Metasys, BACnet, or LonWorks experience
- HVAC or Mechanical Engineering background
