What You’ll Get
- $22 to $32 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule
- Work hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do
- Work on commercial site development and underground utility projects throughout the greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area
- Report to the Aston, Pennsylvania office and travel to assigned construction sites
- Install storm drainage, sanitary sewer, and water piping systems according to project plans and specifications
- Measure, cut, align, position, and connect pipes for proper installation
- Assist with trench excavation, pipe bedding, backfilling, and underground utility work
- Perform grading, site preparation, and general excavation tasks
- Spread, level, and prepare construction materials as needed
- Follow construction plans, measurements, and instructions from site supervisors
- Work safely around trenches, heavy equipment, and underground utilities
- Maintain clean, organized tools, equipment, and work areas
- Assist the crew with additional pipe laying, excavation, and general construction tasks as needed
What You Need
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in pipe laying or heavy civil construction
- Experience installing underground utilities preferred
- Experience with storm drainage, sanitary sewer, or water piping systems is a plus
- Familiarity with excavation, trenching, grading, and commercial sitework
- Ability to measure, position, and install pipes accurately
- Ability to perform physically demanding construction work, including lifting 80 pounds or more, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe, quality workmanship
- Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a construction crew
- OSHA 10 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain it
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to Aston, Pennsylvania and surrounding job sites
