We are looking for vendors who can provide:
Winterization & Securing
Lock Changes / Re-keys
Lawn Care & Landscaping
Debris Removal / Trash Outs
Roofing, Fencing & Structural Repairs
Board-ups & Window Repair/Replacement
Mold / Moisture Mitigation
Emergency Response Services
Vendor Requirements:
Insured with valid general liability and Errors and Omission insurance
Experience with HUD/FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac standards a plus
Ability to meet strict timelines and quality standards
Strong communication skills (text/phone/email)
Access to local vendors/sub-contractors if needed
Ability to upload photos and accept work orders digitally
